Lunchtime walks with some extra sun!! And I am here for it.
Feeling the warmth in the air, Spring is in full swing!

Here are the top three things that have made a difference in my week.
They might also be useful for you, or not.

1) Those special loved ones...

In the hustle and bustle of our fast-paced lives, it's easy to overlook one of life's greatest treasures: spending quality time with loved ones. It is soothing for the soul and fills our cup of happiness to the brim. It's in those moments of shared laughter, meaningful conversations, and warm embraces that we find a sense of belonging and purpose, shaping our identities. All this makes a lifetime of memories to share and look back on.

2)  Lunchtime walks...

Lunchtime walks with the work girls can be the one of the highlights of my Tuesday. What has turned into a little ritual that brings a breath of fresh air and connection into our busy day. Whether it is the fresh air, the laughter and easy conversation, or development of friendships, it is something that I look forward to each week. It is a great refresh before a busy afternoon which leaves us happy and energized. An added bonus because the sun has been out.

3)  Blue zones...

Live to 100: Secrets of the Blue Zones

On the weekend I sat down and ended up watching a whole mini series called Living to 100, Secret of the Blue Zone by Dan Buettner. Dan investigates the secrets of people around the world who are living to 100, and ways we can incorporate these aspects into our lives.
Although this is everything I believe in, it was great to see it from another perspective, and how different cultures incorporate an aspect of what we call, lifestyle medicine. It highlighted how little we, as a western society, embrace the importance of community and purpose. Great watch and highly recommended.

P.s. The quote of the week is...

"Be yourself; everyone else is already taken." - Oscar Wilde

I would love your feedback on what had an impact on you and the lesson in it, the moral of the story, or the learning you would share.

Have a ripper finish to your week.
