SPRING IS IN THE AIR!! Coming out of our cocoons into this glorious sun.
I am personally a spring/summer person.
The sun the last few weeks has put a skip in my step, and I can feel it in everyone around me too.

Here are the top three things that have made a difference in my week.
They might also be useful for you, or not.

1) Meal prep...

Over the last two weeks I have noticed a big shift in my energy, in a positive way. As I just mentioned, I am charged by the sun. So the energy has increased and I’m back to making the most of everything. The last few Sundays I have spent an hour or so preparing meals for the WHOLE week. I usually do it at the start of the week, then by Wednesday I have used everything and everything else goes down with it. Having the whole week prepped for lunches has made a big difference in my mindset, energy and overall organization.

2)   GO TILLIES...

What a weekend!!.... And what a team! Just in case you haven’t heard (where have you been?), but the Matildas - Aussie Girls Soccer team are making history and breaking records. But what I love most is how the whole country is behind them. Even out for dinner, each table had it playing, the whole restaurant was cheering them on, and my gosh did everyone cheer when they won! Looking forward to Wednesday night's game and the weekend!! Bring it on!

I bet the local soccer clubs have been inundated with future Tillies.

3)   Sunrise alarm clock...

Philips Wake Up Light

Over the last few weeks I have been concentrating on my sleep. What gets me is the alarm in the morning. I feel like I start the day startled.  I have looked into sunrise alarm clocks to ease me out of my sleep, and soon I'll be looking into an app to track my sleep to tell me when the best time to wake up naturally.

Last week I used the Philips sunrise alarm clock and it has been a much better way to start the day, naturally waking you from your slumber rather than that blasting noise. Highly recommend it. I’ll keep you updated about the app once I have trialed that.

P.s. The quote of the week is...

"When one has much to put into them, a day has a hundred pockets." – Friedrich Nietzsche

I would love your feedback on what had an impact on you and the lesson in it, the moral of the story, or the learning you would share.

Have a ripper finish to your week.
