1) A video I've watched…

MOVITERSITY.
 Available only on Youtube. This is where I go when I need a pick-me-up. Especially at the gym. I often put it on in my car on the way there and get motivated for the day. Yep sometimes I wake up and the morning seems tough. My fire has started to go out. These video’s I use as my morning kindling to get my fire started again.

2) A book I'm reading…

Life at the Extremes.
 An amazing book that looks at how people survive extremes of heat, cold, depth, speed and altitude? This book explores the limits of human survival and the physiological adaptations which enable us to exist under extreme conditions. For anyone who loves the adventure that our world has to offer this is a great holiday read.

3) Music I'm listening to…
Nickelback - If today was your last day. 
Now I have been judged for this many times. I’m not sure what it was about this bands songs and the lyrics but I just love their stuff. This particular song is one of my favorites. Check out the lyrics before you judge it. That includes you Paul. :)
