Always good to see your book pop up amongst good company.
Don't tell anyone but I did sneak it to the front.

Here are the top three things have made a difference in my week. They all seem to be on the theme of Thinking Bigger.
They might also be useful for you, or not.


1) A video I've watched…
The Science of Happiness.
This is a great 7min Youtube video that looks at the science behind what makes people happy. You might be surprised by what they found. Sorry Apple, BMW, Nike, Gucci, Tiffiny, and ANZ, it wasn’t you. It was something else that we can all get at no cost. Check it out and maybe have a go at doing the thing they found makes people truly happy.


2) A book I'm reading...
Essentialism: The Disciplined Pursuit of Less
. Super simple principles from Greg McKeown. Have you ever found yourself struggling with information overload? Have you ever felt both overworked and under-utilized? Check this one out.


3) An App I’m using…

My Fitness Pal. I’ve used this on an off over the years. It's one of the best apps for tracking what’s in what you eat. I use it when I am wanting to tidy up my eating when I have got off track. Gives you that little bit of accountability, and stops you from fooling yourself about what you are eating. You can start using it for free.
