Michelle and I wish you and your families a very Merry Christmas. We hope you get to celebrate it in a way that you love. Whether it’s a BBQ with family and friends, attending religious events, or just sitting by yourself at the beach with fish and chips and a cold beer. (Actually, that sounds good). We hope you get to take a pause in the space between Christmas and New Year to reflect on 2019. What were some of your defining moments, lessons learned, successes and challenges? We hope you also get some time to think about your vision for 2020. How do you want it to look? What would you like to be better? Your health, marriage, friendships, business, money, or career? What decisions do you need to make? Who do you need to become in 2020 to follow through and be the change you want to see in 2020?

And then, of course, we hope that you have an amazing New Year’s Eve, honor the year that was, and welcome in 2020. Again thank you for being part of our 2019, and we look forward to having you part of our life in 2020.

1 thing that has impacted me in 3 ways...


YOU.


Firstly, you make my day. Every day I come to work, I look at my schedule book and I get excited by the clients I will meet for the day. I do not have one single client that I don’t want to see for the day. In fact, it is quite the reverse. I look forward to the day. The morning with the mums after school drop off, the late mornings with the oldies, the early afternoon with the before and after school kids, the late afternoon with the tradies all in Hi-Vis and lastly the early morning and evenings with the Melbourne office workers heading to and returning from the big smoke. Each and every one of you brings a richness to my day. Thank you!


Secondly, you challenge me. One of the great things about working in health care and performance coaching are the challenges transients present with. Challenges that I help them resolve. Yep at the end of the day, it is the client that does the work and improves their body and mind, but my challenge is helping them see the path to solving their problem. Not the superficial symptom or problem but the real problem causing the problem. You help me grow with your challenges. Thank you!


Thirdly, Michelle and I are honored to serve you every day. We really are so grateful for the opportunity to be part of your life. Humbled by the trust that you put in us to be part of your journey in becoming a better you. We think about you more than you know. Not just on the days we see you, but also on the days we don’t. We wonder how you are healing, how your new job is going if you are following our instructions, and what your holiday was like, are you doing ok after the death of a loved one, and much much more. You see you are part of our lives. We know like friends clients sometimes come and go, but I want you to know you are important to us. Thank you!
